During my time at Construtora Patriani, I spent six months improving the Portal Unificado Patriani, a platform that integrates everything from client prospecting to property warranty management. This tool centralizes processes that were previously managed across 13 different systems, optimizing operational efficiency and providing a holistic view of the customer journey.

To gain a deep understanding of the sales team's needs and identify opportunities to enhance the portal's usability, I conducted an on-site immersion at one of Patriani's sales stands. This experience allowed me to closely observe the daily routine of the team during property sales days, analyzing how operations unfold and how technology can better align with real-world practices.

This hands-on approach, combined with a continuous commitment to innovation, led to significant improvements in the portal, directly impacting sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
